Dry Ice & Liquid Nitrogen...
Dry Ice and Liquid Nitrogen are available
through Biochem Stores, on a self-serve basis, in room 4-329 BSB. This room is just down the hall from our
Biochem Stores location and can be found by following the signs
from Biochem Stores to room
4-329. This room "should" be open 24 hours a day.
Important Note:
Effective June 1, 1999, the exterior doors to
BSB will be locked on weekends and between the hours of 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM during the week. During locked hours, access can
only be gained by passing an authorized University
of Iowa Identification Card
through the card lock access slot at the door. Authorization for access to BSB
can only be gained by submitting need for access to your departmental
administrator and your department in turn, submitting the necessary
documentation.
